Abstract
Allyl carboxylates. carbamates and phenoxides may be cleaved or transa cylated in the presence of palladium catalyst and either phenyltrihydr osilane or N-methyl-N-(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide. These reacti ons are totally compatible with the presence of Boc and, as far as phe nyltrihydrosilane is concerned, Fmoc protections.
