Abstract
Circumduction-related nystagmus is an extremely rare and complex oculo motor anomaly: A case observed ia a patient with multiple sclerosis wa s monocular. The lack of any motor paralysis sign demonstrated that ce ntral oculomotor pathway dysfunction can affect only one eye. This wou ld only be possible if the central oculomotor pathway were at least in part monocular.
