Aa. Ahmed et al., SESQUITERPENE LACTONES AND OTHER CONSTITUENTS FROM HYMENOXYS RICHARDSONII AND H-SUBINTEGRA, Phytochemistry, 39(5), 1995, pp. 1127-1131
Two Hymenoxys species afforded, in addition to known compounds, three
new pseudoguaianoloides, a new sesquiterpene glucoside and a new butyr
olactone. This is the first report of an eudesmane from the genus Hyme
noxys. The structures were elucidated by high-field NMR and chemical t
ransformations.
