Abstract
Systemic-to-pulmonary collateral vessels and shunts develop in patient s with isolated unilateral absence of a pulmonary artery (IUAPA). Two cases of IUAPA (right and left) with hemoptysis in adult Life are pres ented. Selective embolization of these systemic vessels controlled hem optysis successfully. These cases represent an example of an alternati ve treatment for this rare anomaly.
