A 16 year old boy developed sudden bilateral labyrinthine deaf ness an
d a non-syphilitic interstitial keratitis. In the literature this comp
lex is described as Cogan I-syndrome. Other pathological findings were
dizziness, tinnitus, ataxia, bilateral papillitis and conjunctival in
