Abstract
We present a detailed analysis for the Langevin dynamics of a spherica l spin-glass model (the spherical Sherrington-Kirkpatrick model). The effects of initial conditions on the ultimate dynamical behaviour are closely examined. In addition, the effects of temperature variations i n the model are studied. Somewhat surprisingly, this simple model capt ures some of the effects seen in laboratory spin-glasses.
