A study is made of statics, kinetics, and dynamics of cesium and stron
tium sorption by inorganic composite sorbent TG-Kl. Henry's law is sho
wn to hold within the narrow range of sorbate concentration. Sorption
isotherms are obtained for a wide concentration range of sorbate. Sorp
tion is shown to proceed in the mixed-diffusion regime. Characteristic
s of dynamic concentration of cesium and strontium have been studied.
The feasibility and conditions of the sorbent regeneration have been e
xamined.
