Abstract
We report the synthesis of some derivatives of 2-[(5-methoxy-1-methyl) indol-2-yl]ethylamine. These compounds (14-18) were obtained by aminat ion of -methoxy-1-methyl)indol-2-yl]ethylmethanesulfonate (12) IC50 va lues for the inhibition of MAO-A and B from rat liver are reported.
