Abstract
Ventricular arrhythmias, recorded by 24-hour ambulatory monitoring in patients following total repair of tetralogy of Fallot, are frequent a nd are considered the most important mechanism of sudden death.(1,2) T he aim of this study was to assess the usefulness of signal-averaged e lectrocardiography and QT dispersion as non-invasive investigations fo r risk stratification of dangerous ventricular arrhythmias in patients operated on for tetralogy of Fallot.
