Abstract
By the method of emission spectral analysis, the authors studied the c hemical composition of webworm images from different regions of Siberi a. The percentage of chemical elements in the organism of moths from v arious geographic populations is different, which can be used to estab lish the region of their development. Comparison of the elemental comp osition made it possible to establish the identity of first-generation moths from the vicinities of Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, and Chita Obla st.
