Abstract
We report a 44-year-old man who presented with a rapidly growing, deep ly pigmented, pedunculated tumour. The lesion was diagnosed as a pedun culated malignant melanoma, a rare variant of nodular malignant melano ma. The clinical presentation of this tumour and its histological feat ures are discussed.
