Abstract
PURPOSE/METHODS: Interface opacities were detected in a patient who un derwent uncomplicated myopic keratomileusis. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: N ocardia asteroides keratitis was confirmed by microbiologic work-up an d guided the correct treatment. The eye recovered 20/60 spectacle-corr ected visual acuity and had a residual stromal scar.
