Abstract
A 3172-nucleotide (nt) cDNA clone encoding mouse DNA ligase I (LigI) w as isolated from an embryonic stem cell cDNA library. Another mouse Li gI cDNA clone has been recently described. Six single-amino-acid alter ations have been identified between the two mouse LigI clones.
