Abstract
A cDNA encoding cat growth hormone (Fc GH) has been isolated and seque nced. This is the first report of a feline GH nucleotide and deduced a mino acid (aa) sequences. This cat pituitary cDNA resembles a typical mammalian pre-GH cDNA with its encoded mature hormone differing from d og GH only by a single aa residue.
