ELECTRONIC LEVEL SHIFTER FOR USE IN HALF-BRIDGES OPERATING AT 13.56MHZ

An electronic level shifter is presented that enables operation of hal f-bridge circuits at frequencies up to 13.56 MHz. It uses only a singl e level shifting device and has timing circuitry on the high-side. Its operation is demonstrated in a half-bridge operating at 13.56 MHz wit h a supply voltage of 250 V and power output of 85 W.
