Abstract
1,3,2-Thiazaphospholidin-4-ones are a relatively new group of five-mem bered cyclic phosphorylating agents. They may be used in amino acid ph osphorylation and nucleotide coupling. Common pathways to thus compoun ds are reported. Even sulfurized DNA analogs are accessible by these a gents.
