Abstract
An eigenstructure method is presented for direction finding in the pre sence of sensor gain and phase uncertainties. The method provides esti mates of the directions of arrival (DOA's) of all the radiating source s as well as calibration of the sensor gains and phases, The method ca n be applied to low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and be suitable for ar rays with arbitrary sensor geometries, including linear arrays. Comput er simulations are presented to illustrate the performance of the prop osed method.
