Abstract
Micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MECC) is used for an alysis of microsome incubation samples. Phenol, a neutral analyte, is separated form interferences. The separation is achieved without sampl e clean-up. MECC is shown to be advantageous for situations where rapi d sampling with minimum handling is desired.
