Abstract
Chylous ascites and chylothorax have rarely been reported as a consequ ence of severe right heart failure. To our knowledge, this is the firs t case report of both disorders occurring as a result of ischaemic car diomyopathy, The autopsy findings and possible mechanisms of productio n are discussed.
