Abstract
In the frame of the multichannel fission and random neck rupture model , the fragment mass, average kinetic energy distributions, and the neu tron multiplicities of the neutron-induced fissions of U-233,U-235,U-2 38 are calculated covering the incident neutron energy range from ther mal to 6 MeV. The theoretical results are in accord with the experimen tal data. The dependence of the fission channel probability on the exc itation energy has been investigated.
