Abstract
We report a case of isolated pseudo-tumoral hepatic tuberculosis. The patient, from Marocco and non immuno-compromised (HIV seronegative) pr esented with persistant fever and right abdominal pain. CT scan discov ered an intrahepatic tumor, and anatomopathology confirmed tuberculosi s without others localisations. The patient remained clinically well a fter antibiotic specific treatment.
