Abstract
We present three cases, a primary dural lymphoma, a syphilitic gumma, and an aggressive papillary middle-ear tumor, that exhibit dural enhan cement adjacent to extraaxial masses on gadopentetate dimeglumine-enha nced MR, confirming the nonspecific nature of the ''dural tail sign.''
