Abstract
Films of Bi2212 were prepared on single crystalline MgO, YSZ, SrTiO3, LaAlO3, NdGaO3 by MOCVD with aerosol source. Epitaxial thin films were grown on perovskite substrates. Post-annealing under reducing conditi ons resulted in the increase of T-c and j(c) values.
