Abstract
Capnocytophaga is a genus of gram-negative rods involved mainly in bac teremia in immunocompromised hosts. Here we report a case of Capnocyto phaga peritonitis in a patient undergoing continuous ambulatory perito neal dialysis. The disease appeared as a superinfection during antimic robial therapy of a previous episode of peritonitis.
