Abstract
The arenetetracobaltnonacarbonyls represent an interesting class of co mpounds combining the properties of rr-complexes and clusters. The che mistry of these compounds is summarized. The methods of synthesis, str uctures and properties of these compounds are discussed; in some cases there differ markedly from the properties of mononuclear complexes.
