Ab. Bakirov et Zg. Gabidullin, SOME BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF MICROFLORA FROM HEMATOLOGICAL PATIENTS WITH PYOINFLAMMATORY COMPLICATIONS, Gematologia i transfuziologia, 40(3), 1995, pp. 32-34
The occurrence of opportunistic bacteria isolated from hematological i
npatients with pyoinflammatory complications and strain affiliation of
these bacteria were investigated. Gram-negative and gram-positive age
nts made up 51.9 and 48.1%, respectively, of the 1699 bacterial strain
s obtained from 814 patients. Klebsiella, E. coli, Pseudomonas aerugin
osa, Proteus strains were able to produce LT-enterotoxin showing weak
enterohemolytic activity, were sensitive to gentamicin and claforan an
d insensitive to carbenicillin, ampicillin, oxacilin, tetracycline, er
itromicin.
