Abstract
A standard chromogenic assay for phosphatidylcholine determination has been modified in the development of a facile method for measuring the rate parameters (K-m and V-max) for phosphatidylcholine-preferring ph ospholipase C from Bacillus cereus (PLC(Bc)). The assay is applied to the determination of the K-i for a known inhibitor of PLC(Bc). (C) 199 5 Academic Press, Inc.
