Abstract
An analysis is presented for the unsteady natural convection from a he ated semi-infinite vertical plate placed in a micropolar fluid in the presence of internal heat generation or absorption. Numerical solution s of the unsteady boundary layer equations have been obtained at any s tation along the vertical plate using the finite difference method. De tails of the velocity and temperature fields are presented for various values of time.
