Abstract
The structure of a new aminotetraazacycloalkane derivative, 6-amino-1, 4,8,11-tetraazacyclotridecane-5,7-dione, has been determined in its di protonated form. Charge balance is supplied by two chloride anions and the lattice also contains a methanol solvate to give the formula C9H2 1N5O22+.2Cl(-).CH3OH.
