Abstract
The title compound, C20O22O4, shows an extended conformation for its c entral hexanediyl chain. The molecule is quite planar and centrosymmet ric in the crystal. The structure consists of equivalent molecules sta cked in layers, these layers being linked via electrostatic interactio ns between 01 of one molecule and C1 of another in the next layer.
