Abstract
We have searched for strange matter particles, so-called strangelets, in Pb-Pb interactions at p(lab) = 157.7 GeV/c per nucleon. The NA52 ap paratus is also ideally suited to measure production yields and rapidi ty distributions of pi(+/-), K-+/- p, (p) over bar, d, (d) over bar,.. . near 0 degrees production angle. Some preliminary results are shown.
