Abstract
The role of MR imaging in diagnosing inner ear diseases is growing yea r by year. Employing a multiple thin-slab acquisition of three-dimensi onal (3D) Fourier transform (FT) fast spin-echo (FSE) [1] in combinati on with a pair of 3-in. (7.6 cm) phased-array receive surface coils, w e sought to optimize a method that allows 3D depiction of the inner ea r anatomy.
