gnosed 6 months later by hysterosalpingography, Laparoscopic rescue wi
th repeat isthmic-ampullary anastomosis and adhesiolysis was performed
, post-operatively, the patient had one menstruation and then achieved
an intrauterine pregnancy, Instead of in-vitro fertilization/embryo t
ransfer, laparoscopic rescue may be an alternative option for the pati
ent with failed anastomosis.
