Abstract
We report on the use of forward degenerate four-wave mixing in a sampl e of ZnSe to demonstrate a variable controlled all-optical deflector. The measured deflection is in the range of 2.9 x 10(-3) to 1.73 X 10(- 2) rad. The dependence of the deflection on the intensities of input b eams has been investigated.
