Abstract
Samples (332) of poultry feeds and raw materials were screened for myc otoxins: 66.8% revealed different mycotoxins from 50-1000 ppb. Mycotox ins detected from the samples in decreasing order were aflatoxins, och ratoxins, citrinin and sterigmatocystine, either alone or in combinati on. Bright greenish yellow (BGY) fluorescence, pressure minicolumn (PM C), thin layer chromatography (TLC) and multiple screening methods wer e used for mycotoxin detection. Pressure minicolumn (PMC) and thin lay er chromatography methods were more sensitive than the other methods.
