Abstract
The diagnosis of incisional hernia in the morbidly obese patient can b e difficult, The case reported here demonstrates the usefulness of com puted tomographic scanning in the diagnosis and therapeutic planning o f an incarcerated incisional hernia in a morbidly obese individual.
