Abstract
Laparoscopic surgery is a widely used alternative to traditional chole cystectomy. Jaundice following laparoscopic cholecystectomy has been r eported as a result of retained common duct stones, bile duct injury, and bile duct stricture. We report a patient with jaundice following l aparoscopic cholecystectomy; the jaundice was found to result from an occult cholangiocarcinoma.
