Abstract
Transtentorial herniation (TTH) of the fourth ventricle is the result of a progressive enlargement of an isolated fourth ventricle which her niates through the tentorial incisure into the middle cranial fossa. T he characteristic CT-MR and neurosonographic findings are described.
