Abstract
Intracranial hemorrhages are rare in term infants. We describe such an infant born with multiple foci of intraparenchymal hemorrhage in vari ous stages of maturation, caused by maternal platelet-specific anti-P1 (A1) antibodies that were delivered transplacentally to the developing fetus.
