WEIGHT-FUNCTIONS FOR SUB-INTERFACE CRACKS

Weight functions are derived for edge cracks and internal cracks in th e vicinity of interfaces of dissimilar materials. The rst terms of a p ower series representation are determined by direct adjusting the weig ht function to reference stress intensity factors and geometric condit ions.
