Abstract
The author reports on two patients who presented with recurrent trache oesophageal fistula. They were treated with the endoscopic application of fibrin sealant (Tisseel) directly to the fistula tract. The techni que may require multiple applications before complete fistula closure is achieved. The procedure is associated with low morbidity and may el iminate the need for a second thoracotomy.
