Abstract
The composition of anodic oxides grown on zirconium in sulphate electr olytes is investigated using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). T he amount of incorporation of impurity anions has been found to vary w ith electrolyte concentration. The electrical parameters of the oxide have been determined as a function of impurity incorporation.
