Abstract
An intraoral approach to dermoid cysts of the floor of the mouth is de scribed. With this technique, it is possible to obtain adequate surgic al access in cases of very large dermoid cysts involving simultaneousl y the floor of the mouth and the submental space, thus avoiding a skin incision in the submental fold.
