Abstract
Percutaneous radiofrequency rhizotomy (PSR) is recognized as a simple, effective, and safe surgical treatment for trigeminal neuralgia. Rate s of pain recurrence after PSR are the lowest versus those of other pe rcutaneous procedures, and similar to those of microvascular decompres sion.
