Abstract
An enhanced internal model structure is presented in this paper. It is shown that performances of uncertainty reduction and disturbance atte nuation of internal model control systems can be improved by using the proposed scheme. Structure modification for performance enhancement i s simple. Synthesis of the additional components is also straightforwa rd and independent from the design of the original IMC controller.
