Abstract
A high-far diet is known to promote atherosclerosis. Different fats ob viously involve different risks. The risk associated with specific fat s and their carriers is evaluated by different methods. Some of these are presented by the authors. The method of choice depends on the ques tion to be answered and influences the kind of result obtained.
