Abstract
Hepatobiliary abnormalities occur often in inflammatory bowel disease patients. Primary sclerosing cholangitis is the most common hepatobili ary disease seen in association with inflammatory bowel disease. Chron ic active hepatitis and gallstones are also found in inflammatory bowe l disease patients but are less common than primary sclerosing cholang itis.
