Abstract
This article is a continuation of the structural study of Cu(II) compl exes with alkoxy-beta-diketones [I]. Alkoxy-beta-diketones, possessing the same completing ability as classical beta-diketones, are more acc essible and inexpensive ligands. In some properties (e.g., volatility) , metal complexes with these ligands are closely related to metal beta -diketonates and can effectively replace them in some important coatin g methods, including the MOCVD method.
