The peculiarities of the computational method suggested [1] by one of
the authors for rigorously calculating a wide class of static two-dime
nsional plasma configurations in kinetic and hybrid approximations are
discussed. The computation scheme of axisymmetric configurations in t
he hybrid approximation with a quasi-Boltzmann ion distribution over e
nergy and generalized momentum is described. The computation results o
f configurations in toroidal quadrupole traps with magnetic and electr
ostatic ion confinement are presented and analyzed.
