Abstract
Ceruloplasmin- and placebo-treated CHD patients were studied for sever ity of angina pectoris, changes in cental hemodynamics, exercise toler ance. It is shown that ceruloplasmin promoted an increase in exercise tolerance, higher quality of life, arrests of the disease progress. Co mbined treatment of CHD incorporating ceruloplasmin produced a positiv e effect on central hemodynamics and contractile, pupm capacities of t he myocardium.
